The Vishay Dale BZT55C3V6-GS18 is a small signal Zener diode from the BZT55-Series, designed for voltage stabilization applications. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 3.6V with a voltage range of 3.4V to 3.8V at a test current of 5mA.
This Zener diode offers a very sharp reverse characteristic, low reverse current level, very high stability, and low noise. It is housed in a QuadroMELF (SOD-80) package with a weight of approximately 34mg and is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
