The BZT52H-A12-QX is a general-purpose Zener diode from Nexperia, part of the BZT52H-Q series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 12V with a tight ±1% tolerance, suitable for voltage regulation and clamping applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA, a maximum reverse current of 100nA at 8V, and a maximum impedance (Zzt) of 10Ω. The device can dissipate up to 375mW on a standard FR4 PCB with single-sided copper footprint, and up to 830mW when mounted with a 1cm² copper pad.
The diode is housed in a small, flat-lead SOD-123F surface-mount package, making it ideal for compact designs. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 and recommended for automotive applications.
