BZT52-B33X is a 33V Zener diode from Nexperia's BZT52-B series. It features a tight tolerance of ±2% with a nominal Zener voltage of 33V. The device can dissipate up to 590mW when mounted on an FR4 PCB with a 1cm² cathode pad, or 350mW on a standard footprint.
This diode offers low differential resistance with a maximum dynamic impedance of 40Ω. Forward voltage is limited to 0.9V at 10mA, and reverse leakage current is only 50nA at 23.1V. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
