The BZG03C200-M3-08 is a surface-mount Zener diode from Vishay Semiconductors, part of the BZG03C-M series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 200V with a tolerance of ±6%, making it suitable for voltage regulation and stabilization in a variety of electronic circuits.
