The BZA462A,115 is a monolithic quadruple ESD transient voltage suppressor diode array from Nexperia. It integrates four unidirectional TVS diodes in a common anode configuration, designed for 6.2V level ESD suppression.
It offers a breakdown voltage range of 5.89V to 6.51V at 1mA, a maximum clamping voltage of 9V at 2.66A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform), and a peak pulse power dissipation of 24W (tp=1ms). The device features an ESD rating greater than 15kV per IEC1000-4-2, and a low leakage current of 700nA at 4V reverse voltage. Capacitance is 200pF at 0V and 110pF at 4V (1MHz).
The common anode configuration allows easy connection to a ground plane. The device is suitable for protecting sensitive electronics in computers, audio/video equipment, communication systems, and medical devices. It operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Housed in a surface mount SC-74 (SOT-457) package with 6 pins (6-TSOP supplier device package), it is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
