The BZA456A,115 is a monolithic quadruple ESD transient voltage suppressor diode from Nexperia, designed for 4-bit wide ESD protection at 5.6V level. It consists of four Zener diodes with common anode in a single 6-lead SOT457 (SC-74) package.
Electrical characteristics: reverse standoff voltage 5.6V, breakdown voltage range 5.32V to 5.88V, clamping voltage 8V at 3A peak pulse current (8/20µs). Peak pulse power is 24W (1ms), total power dissipation 720mW. Low leakage current 2µA at 3V. ESD rating >8kV per IEC1000-4-2. Capacitance 240pF at 0V, 140pF at 3V.
