The BYV29B-600,118 is an ultrafast epitaxial rectifier diode from WeEn Semiconductors, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 9A under square wave conditions. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of typically 1.03V, enabling reduced conduction losses. With a reverse recovery time of only 60ns, it supports fast switching in high-frequency circuits.
