The BYM10-100HE3/97 is a glass passivated junction rectifier from Vishay's Superectifier series, designed for general purpose rectification. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 1A, with a peak forward surge current capability of 30A. Reverse leakage current is 10µA at 25°C, and the device can handle 5mJ of avalanche energy. This standard recovery diode has a recovery time greater than 500ns, making it suitable for line-frequency applications.
