The BUK9Y8R5-80EX is an N-channel logic level MOSFET manufactured by Nexperia. It uses TrenchMOS technology and is designed and qualified to AEC Q101 for automotive applications. The device is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 80V and a continuous drain current of 100A at Tc=25°C, making it suitable for high-performance power switching.
The MOSFET features a very low drain-source on-resistance of 8mΩ maximum at VGS=10V, ID=25A, and 8.5mΩ maximum at VGS=5V, with a typical value of 6.3mΩ.
