The BUK9Y15-60E,115 is an N-channel logic level MOSFET from Nexperia, designed for automotive and high-performance power switching applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V and continuous drain current of 53A at 25°C case temperature. The device offers a low on-state resistance of 15mΩ maximum at VGS=5V and ID=15A, making it suitable for efficient power management. It is built with TrenchMOS technology and is qualified to AEC Q101 standard for automotive use.
