The BUK9875-100A/CUX is an N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) from Nexperia, fabricated using TrenchMOS technology. This logic level device is designed for automotive and general purpose power switching applications, including 12V, 24V, and 42V loads such as motors, lamps, and solenoids.
Key electrical specifications include a drain-source voltage rating of 100V, continuous drain current of 7A at 25°C (4A at 100°C), and maximum drain-source on-state resistance of 72 mOhm at 10V gate drive (84 mOhm at 4.5V).
