It utilizes TrenchMOS technology to achieve a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V and a continuous drain current of 17A at 25°C. The device offers a maximum on-resistance of 59mOhm at 10V gate drive and a typical gate charge of 7.8nC, enabling efficient switching with low conduction losses.
This MOSFET is qualified to AEC-Q101 standard and is rated for repetitive avalanche operation.
