The BUK6D43-40PX is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET using Trench MOSFET technology. It is designed for medium power applications and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use.
The device has a maximum drain-source voltage of -40 V and a continuous drain current of -6 A at Tamb=25°C (or -14 A at Tsp=25°C). The typical on-state resistance is 30 mΩ at VGS=-10 V, ID=-6 A. The maximum gate charge is 36 nC at VGS=10 V, and input capacitance is 1260 pF at VDS=20 V. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
The MOSFET is housed in a small DFN2020MD-6 (SOT1220) surface mount package with side wettable flanks for optical solder inspection. The package dimensions are 2 x 2 x 0.65 mm. It is supplied in a plastic thermal enhanced ultra thin small outline package with no leads and 6 terminals. The device is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has MSL 1 unlimited moisture sensitivity.
