The Infineon BTF6070-2ERV is a dual-channel smart high-side power switch with a low on-state resistance of 60 mΩ. It is designed for 12V and 24V grounded loads, making it suitable for trucks and transportation systems. This device provides protective functions and diagnostics, including proportional load current sense, open load detection, and short circuit indication.
With an operating voltage range of 5V to 36V and a maximum supply voltage of 65V, the BTF6070-2ERV is built for harsh automotive environments.
