The Nexperia BCX56,115 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor in a SOT-89 surface-mount package. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 80V and a continuous collector current rating of 1A. The device dissipates up to 1.25W and has a transition frequency of 180MHz.
With a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 63 at 150mA collector current and 2V collector-emitter voltage, and a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 500mV maximum at 500mA, this transistor offers efficient performance for general-purpose switching and amplification circuits.
