The BCX52,115 is a PNP medium power bipolar junction transistor (BJT) from Nexperia. It is designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications requiring moderate voltage and current handling.
With a maximum collector-emitter voltage (Vceo) of 60V and a continuous collector current (Ic) rating of 1A, this transistor can handle a variety of power management tasks.
