The Samtec BCS-116-L-S-PE is a 16 position single row pass-through receptacle socket strip from the BCS series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and a through hole mounting style with solder termination. The connector uses Samtec's Tiger Claw dual-wipe contact system for reliable connections in board-to-board applications.
Electrical ratings include 4.6A per contact current rating and 475VAC voltage rating. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. Contacts are finished with 10µin gold plating. The black insulator is rated UL94 V-0 for flammability.
The connector is packaged in tubes with 14 pieces per tube. It is designed for vertical orientation and uses a push-pull fastening type. The insulation height is 7.37mm and contact length is 3.25mm.
