The BC847BS,115 is a dual NPN general-purpose transistor pair from Nexperia, housed in a very small SOT363 (SC-88) surface-mount plastic package. It features low collector capacitance, low collector-emitter saturation voltage, and closely matched current gain, reducing component count and board space while eliminating mutual interference between transistors.
Electrical specifications per transistor include a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 45 V, collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 50 V, emitter-base voltage (VEBO) of 5 V, and a continuous collector current (IC) of 100 mA (peak 200 mA). DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 200 at VCE=5 V and IC=2 mA, with a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage of 300 mV at IB=5 mA and IC=100 mA. Transition frequency (fT) is 100 MHz.
