The BC846AW-7-F is an NPN small signal transistor from Diodes Incorporated, designed for switching and AF amplifier applications. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 65V, a collector current rating of 100mA, and a power dissipation of 200mW. The transistor has a DC current gain (hFE) of minimum 110 at 2mA collector current and 5V collector-emitter voltage, and a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage of 600mV at 100mA/5mA.
