The DC current gain (hFE) is guaranteed at a minimum of 160 at 100mA collector current and 1V Vce, with a typical saturation voltage of 700mV at 50mA base current and 500mA collector current.

 

With a transition frequency of 100MHz, this transistor is suitable for audio frequency amplification and low-speed switching. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive reliability and is offered in a green molded plastic SOT23-3 package (TO-236-3, SC-59). The termination finish is matte tin plated, and the package is rated Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (unlimited).

 

The transistor is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel (7-inch reel, 8mm tape width). The complementary PNP type (BC807 series) is available for push-pull configurations.
