The BAV756DW-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a quad surface mount switching diode array designed for general purpose switching applications. It integrates one BAV70 circuit and one BAW56 circuit in a single SOT-363 package, allowing easy configuration as a full-wave bridge. Key electrical ratings include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 75V, average rectified output current of 150mA, and forward continuous current of 300mA. The device features fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 4ns. Forward voltage varies with current: 0.715V at 1mA, 0.855V at 10mA, 1.0V at 50mA, and 1.25V maximum at 150mA.
