The BAV70T-7-F is a surface-mount fast switching dual diode from Diodes Incorporated, configured as a common cathode pair. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 85V and a continuous forward current of 75mA per double diode (155mA per single diode). With a reverse recovery time of just 4 ns, this device is suitable for high-speed switching applications.
Encased in an ultra-small SOT-523 package weighing only 0.002 grams, the BAV70T-7-F is designed for space-constrained designs. It is fully RoHS 3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen- and antimony-free (Green device). The package meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating and has MSL Level 1 moisture sensitivity.
Typical applications include general-purpose high-speed switching, signal gating, and logic-level shifting in portable electronics, consumer devices, and communication equipment. The high conductance and fast switching speed enable efficient performance in high-frequency circuits.
