The BAV70DW-7-F is a surface mount switching diode array from Diodes Incorporated, containing two BAV70 circuits in a single SOT-363 package. It is designed for high-speed switching applications with a reverse recovery time of 4 ns.
This diode array features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 80V and a forward continuous current rating of 300mA. The forward voltage is 1.25V maximum at 150mA. It offers a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 4A at 1.0 µs.
The device is housed in a small SOT-363 package with matte tin terminals and an Alloy 42 leadframe. It is fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated as a Green device. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
