The BAV70-QVL is a high-speed switching double diode from Nexperia, featuring a common cathode configuration, 100V reverse voltage, and 4ns reverse recovery time. It comes in a surface-mount SOT23 package.
The device contains two standard, fast-recovery diodes in a common cathode configuration. Each diode is rated for a maximum forward current of 215 mA at 25 °C, with a forward voltage of 1.25 V at 150 mA. The reverse recovery time is a maximum of 4 ns, enabling high-speed switching applications.
The BAV70-QVL is qualified according to AEC-Q101, making it suitable for automotive applications. It is designed for high-speed and general-purpose switching. The small SOT23 package (TO-236AB) with 1.9 mm lead pitch supports compact PCB layouts.
The device operates over a junction temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C and has a maximum power dissipation of 250 mW per diode. The package body measures 2.9 mm x 1.3 mm x 1 mm.
