The BAV23S-7-F is a dual series-connected high voltage switching diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V, an average forward current of 400mA, and a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns.
Designed for surface mount assembly, this part is supplied in a compact SOT-23-3 package with a weight of approximately 0.008g. It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free (Green). The device offers a low leakage current of 100nA at 200V and a forward voltage drop of 1.25V at 200mA.
