The BAV23C,215 is a dual high-voltage switching diode array from Nexperia in a common cathode configuration. It is designed for high-speed switching at high voltage and general-purpose high-voltage switching applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 200V, a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 250V, and a maximum forward current of 225mA.
