The BAV199Q-7-F is a dual surface mount low leakage diode from Diodes Incorporated. It consists of two standard recovery diodes connected in series configuration. The device is designed for applications requiring very low leakage current and is suitable for automated insertion.
Key electrical specifications include a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85V, forward continuous current of 160mA per diode (140mA when both diodes are conducting), and a forward voltage of 1.1V at 50mA. The reverse recovery time is 3µs, typical for standard recovery diodes. Reverse leakage current is only 5nA at 75V.
The device is housed in a SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3, SC-59). The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. Terminals are matte tin finish over Alloy 42 leadframe, lead-free and RoHS compliant.
This diode is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is PPAP capable. It is manufactured in IATF16949 certified facilities. The part is halogen and antimony free, meeting green device standards. Standard packaging is tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel.
