The BAV199 is a low-leakage double diode from Nexperia, featuring two standard switching diodes connected in series within a compact SOT23 surface-mount package. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 75V per diode and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85V. The forward current rating is 160mA when a single diode is loaded and 140mA when both diodes are loaded. Typical switching time is 0.8 µs, making it suitable for medium-speed switching applications.
