The BAV170T-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a dual common cathode switching diode array designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 85V and a forward continuous current rating of 215mA for a single diode or 125mA when both diodes are used. The device exhibits very low leakage current of 5nA at 75V, making it suitable for low-power and high-impedance circuits. The reverse recovery time is 3µs, enabling efficient switching. The diode is housed in the ultra-small SOT-523 package, which measures just 0.002 grams. It is fully AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive reliability and is RoHS compliant with a green molding compound.
