The BAV170 is a low-leakage double diode array in a small SOT23 plastic SMD package. The diodes are in common cathode configuration, making it suitable for low-leakage current applications in surface mounted circuits.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 75V, repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85V, and forward current of 215mA when a single diode is loaded (125mA when both diodes are loaded). The device has a typical reverse leakage current of only 3 pA at 75V, and a maximum reverse recovery time of 3 µs. Total power dissipation is 250mW at ambient temperatures up to 25°C.
