The Nexperia BAT854W,115 is a planar Schottky barrier diode designed for ultra high-speed switching and low power consumption applications. It features a very low forward voltage of 550 mV maximum at 100 mA and a very low reverse current of 0.5 µA maximum at 25 V.
This diode is housed in a very small SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mount plastic package, making it suitable for compact designs. It includes an integrated guard ring for stress protection, enhancing reliability in demanding environments.
Typical applications include ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, protection circuits, and blocking diodes. The device is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C and has a thermal resistance of 625 K/W junction to ambient when mounted on a standard FR4 PCB.
The maximum reverse voltage is 40 V.
