The BAT854AW,115 is a Schottky barrier dual diode from Nexperia USA Inc. It features a common anode configuration with two diodes in a single SOT-323 (SC-70) package. The device is designed for ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, protection circuits, blocking diodes, and low power consumption applications.
