The BAT760,115 is a planar medium power Schottky barrier single diode from Nexperia, designed with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. It is encapsulated in a very small SOD323 (SC-76) surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 20V and a maximum forward current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 480mV at 1A (maximum 550mV), enabling efficient low-voltage rectification. Reverse current is typically 5µA at 5V reverse voltage. The diode offers ultra high-speed switching, suitable for applications such as voltage clamping and protection circuits.
Thermal characteristics include a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 220 K/W (typical) when mounted on an FR4 PCB with a 10x10mm cathode pad, or 180 K/W with a 40x40mm pad. The junction temperature range is -65°C to 125°C, with storage temperature up to 150°C.
Packaged in the industry-standard SOD323 footprint, the BAT760,115 is suitable for automated assembly and space-constrained designs. Its small size and low forward voltage make it ideal for portable electronics and power management circuits.
The maximum reverse voltage is 20V.
The maximum forward current is 1A.
The typical forward voltage is 480mV at 1A, with a maximum of 550mV.
It is available in a SOD323 (SC-76) surface mount package with body dimensions 1.7mm x 1.25mm x 0.95mm and 1.3mm lead pitch.
The thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 220 K/W typical with a 10x10mm cathode pad, and 180 K/W typical with a 40x40mm pad on FR4 PCB.
