The BAT54VV is a Schottky barrier triple diode from Nexperia, featuring three electrically isolated diodes in a single ultra small SOT666 plastic package. It is designed for applications requiring low forward voltage and low capacitance, such as ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, line termination, and inverse-polarity protection.
Each diode has a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a maximum forward current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 240mV at 0.1mA, 320mV at 1mA, 400mV at 10mA, and 500mV at 30mA, with a maximum of 800mV at 100mA. The device can handle repetitive peak forward current up to 300mA and non-repetitive peak forward current up to 600mA.
The SOT666 package measures 1.6mm x 1.2mm x 0.55mm with a 0.5mm pitch and 6 leads, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 125°C and has a maximum junction temperature of 125°C. Total power dissipation is 170mW when mounted on an FR4 PCB.
