The BAT54SQ-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low turn-on voltage and fast switching. It is rated for a maximum DC blocking voltage of 30V and an average rectified output current of 200mA at +25°C. The forward voltage is 800mV maximum at 100mA, and the reverse leakage current is 2μA maximum at 25V. The diode features a reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed applications.
This diode uses Schottky technology with a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection.
