The BAT54L,315 is a planar Schottky barrier diode from Nexperia, designed for ultra high-speed switching and protection circuits. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a forward current of 200mA, with a low forward voltage of 800mV at 100mA. The diode capacitance is 10pF at 1V and 1MHz, and reverse current is limited to 2µA at 25V.
Housed in a leadless DFN1006-2 (SOD-882) package measuring 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.5mm, the device occupies only 1.17 mm² of board space, making it ideal for compact designs. Power dissipation is 250mW with a thermal resistance of 500 K/W from junction to ambient. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
This diode is AEC-Q101 qualified, suitable for automotive applications. Typical uses include ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, and protection circuits in mobile communication devices, digital cameras, PDAs, and PCMCIA cards.
