The BAT54H,115 is a Schottky barrier single diode from Nexperia, designed for ultra high-speed switching applications. It features a low forward voltage of 400 mV at 10 mA and a low capacitance of 10 pF, making it suitable for voltage clamping, line termination, and inverse-polarity protection.
This diode is rated for a maximum forward current of 200 mA and a reverse voltage of 30 V. It can handle repetitive peak forward current up to 300 mA and non-repetitive peaks up to 600 mA. The device is housed in a compact SOD123F surface-mount package with flat leads, measuring 2.6 mm x 1.6 mm x 1.1 mm.
