The BAT54CQ-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low power rectification and fast switching applications. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The maximum forward voltage is 0.8V at 100mA, and reverse current is limited to 2μA at 25°C. Reverse recovery time is 5 ns.
