The BAT54BRW-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It features a 2-pair series connection configuration with a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a forward continuous current of 200mA. The device offers fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 5 ns and a low forward voltage drop of 1V at 100mA.
This diode array is designed for high-speed switching applications and includes a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. It is housed in a compact SOT-363 package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a maximum power dissipation of 200mW.
The BAT54BRW-7-F is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The package features matte tin plated leads and is molded from UL 94V-0 rated plastic.
