The BAT54A,235 is a planar Schottky barrier diode array from Nexperia, featuring a common anode configuration of two diodes in a single SOT23 package. It is designed for ultra high-speed switching applications and offers a low forward voltage of 800 mV maximum at 100 mA, along with a low reverse current of 2 µA maximum at 25 V.
