The BAT46WJ is a planar Schottky barrier diode from Nexperia, featuring an integrated guard ring for stress protection. It offers a low forward voltage of 710 mV typical (850 mV maximum) at 250 mA and a reverse voltage rating of 100 V. The diode also provides low capacitance of 39 pF at 0 V and 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
Designed for surface mounting, the BAT46WJ comes in the very small and flat lead SOD323F (SC-90) plastic package. It can dissipate up to 400 mW on a standard FR4 PCB footprint, or up to 715 mW with a 1 cm² cathode pad. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of -55 °C to 150 °C and can be stored from -65 °C to 150 °C.
