The BAT41JFILM is a Schottky barrier diode from STMicroelectronics, designed for low capacitance and fast switching applications. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and a continuous forward current of 200mA. The typical forward voltage is 400mV at 1mA and 1000mV maximum at 200mA. Reverse leakage current is 0.1µA at 25°C and 20µA at 100°C. The diode capacitance is 3pF typical, 10pF maximum at 1V and 1MHz. This device is suitable for high-frequency switching and low-loss rectification. It is packaged in surface mount SOD-323 (SC-76) case, with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 550°C/W. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C. The BAT41JFILM is RoHS compliant and REACH unaffected.
