The BAS70DW-05-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It features two pairs of common cathode diodes with a maximum reverse voltage of 70V and a forward voltage of 1V at 15mA (0.41V at 1mA). The device is designed for low leakage performance, with a maximum reverse current of 100nA at 50V and 0.10µA at 70V. It offers fast switching with a typical reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed applications.
The diode array is housed in a compact SOT-363 package (6-TSSOP/SC-88/SOT-363) and is fully RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free.
