The BAS70-04-QR is a general-purpose dual Schottky diode from Nexperia, configured as 1 pair in series connection. It is designed for ultra high-speed switching and voltage clamping applications. The diode features a maximum forward current of 70 mA and a maximum reverse voltage of 70 V. Forward voltage is specified at 410 mV maximum at 1 mA, 750 mV at 10 mA, and 1 V at 15 mA. Reverse leakage current is 100 nA at 50 V and 10 µA at 70 V. The diode capacitance is 2 pF at 0 V and 1 MHz.
The device is housed in a small SOT-23 (TO-236AB) surface-mount plastic package, making it suitable for compact designs. It has a junction temperature range up to 150°C and storage temperature range from -65°C to 150°C. The thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 500 K/W when mounted on a standard FR4 PCB.
This diode array is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and is recommended for automotive applications. It offers high switching speed, low leakage current, high breakdown voltage, and low capacitance. The marking code is '74%' where % is a placeholder for the manufacturing site code.
