The BAS32L,115 is a high-speed switching diode designed and manufactured by Nexperia. It is fabricated using planar technology and encapsulated in a small hermetically sealed glass SOD-80C (DO-213AC) surface-mount package. Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 75V, a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V, and a maximum forward current of 200mA (continuous) with a repetitive peak forward current of 450mA.
