The BAS321-QX is a general purpose diode manufactured by Nexperia USA Inc. It is designed for surface mount applications and is housed in a small SOD323 (SC-76) plastic package. This diode offers a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 250V. The forward current is rated at 250mA with a forward voltage drop of 1.25V maximum at 200mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for switching applications. The junction operating temperature is up to 150°C, and the storage temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. Power dissipation is 300mW when mounted on FR4 PCB. The diode is capable of handling non-repetitive peak forward currents up to 14.1A for 50µs and 1.8A for 10ms, with a repetitive peak forward current of 625mA. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 366 K/W and junction-to-solder point is 130 K/W when mounted on FR4. The technology is standard planar. The diode is packaged in SOD323 (SC-76) with surface mount mounting.
