BAS316-QX is a high-speed switching diode designed and manufactured by Nexperia USA Inc. It is part of the BAS316-Q series and comes in a surface-mount SOD323 (SC-76) package. The diode is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards, making it suitable for automotive applications.
