The BAS21W is a high-voltage switching diode from Nexperia, designed for applications requiring fast switching at elevated voltages. It is encapsulated in a very small SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mount plastic package.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 250V, maximum forward current of 225mA, and a low reverse recovery time of 50 ns. The diode also features low leakage current (100 nA at 200V) and low capacitance (2 pF at 0V, 1 MHz), making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
