The BAS21H is a single high-voltage switching diode manufactured by Nexperia, encapsulated in a small and flat lead SOD123F SMD plastic package.

The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 50 ns when switched from 30 mA to 30 mA with a 100Ω load.
