The Nexperia BAS20 is a high-voltage switching diode designed for fast switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 150V, a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V, and a forward current of 200mA. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns and a low diode capacitance of 5pF, making it suitable for high-speed circuits.
This diode is housed in a compact SOT23 surface-mount plastic package with three terminals (anode, cathode, and no connection). The package measures 2.9mm x 1.3mm x 1mm with a 1.9mm lead pitch, suitable for space-constrained PCB designs.
